Beers Neal PC, based in Saint John, is a dynamic and growing professional services firm, with highly motivated and uniquely skilled associates providing services to clients throughout Atlantic Canada.  Our dedicated team of professionals provides accounting, review, audit, tax and special services to a wide range of small to mid-sized clients.

We are currently seeking an Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.  In this position you will operate a multiple-line phone system while greeting all clients in a friendly and hospitable manner.   In this position, you must have the ability to work with minimal supervision while performing repetitive administrative tasks.

As the successful candidate, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail in your work, strong organizational and time management skills allowing you the ability to multi-task and prioritize your workload.  You will need to maintain flexibility as priorities change frequently.  Previous work experience in an office and extensive knowledge with the Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Applications and an enthusiasm to learn the specific industry related software programs is essential.
